    1. To the person who sent 5 Celox injectors and had write to a gift message with each one so they’d all ship in time: they made it! And your messages gave me and the Chosen people a laugh. I, for one, felt your struggle.

      Well, friends, it’s over. Done.

      I genuinely thought we’d each get one suitcase’s worth of tacmed out of this.

      Tonight I planned to spread everything out on my living room floor–no stacking, no piling–to show you the full scale of what you did for Ukraine via Ukraine Frontline, Protect A Volunteer, and Chosen Company, but you know what?

      *I don’t have that much living room.*

      The final photos and loot totals for each org are in the carousel. Please note that PAV’s doesn’t reflect the three suitcases’ worth of stuff I just sent over with Dirty P, or the combat litter and carrier your donations separate from the contest bought, or the two SAMs that are en route right now. It also doesn’t show donations raised with a separate post the Chosen guys did.

      Predictably, PAV obliterated me. That was always going to happen. I don’t have the inexplicable charisma of u/ChosenDirtyP.

      That’s okay. The real winner is Ukraine.

      Here’s what you gave.

      * 3600 alcohol swabs
      * 26 burn dressings
      * 40 CATs
      * 11 Celox gauze rolls
      * 13 Celox z-folds
      * 17 Celox injectors
      * 70 compressed gauze z-folds
      * 51 compression bandages
      * 130 decompression needles
      * 16 duct tape mini rolls
      * 35 Halo occlusive chest seals
      * 1,627 chemical heaters
      * ~960 HyFin chest seals
      * 8 NAR junctional tourniquets
      * 18 nasopharyngeal airways
      * 5 pulse oximeters
      * 5 SAM junctional tourniquets, for a total of 13 junctional tourniquets, which doesn’t suck
      * 1500 3ml Luer lock syringes
      * 96 thermal blankets
      * 6 trauma shears

      Your Amazon donations totaled US $12,162.48: $7647.76 to PAV, and $4514.72 to UFL.

      Your monetary donations totaled US $7598.83: $3918 to PAV, and $3680.83 to UFL. PAV’s already spent a significant portion of theirs on SAMs, JETTs, and decompression needles. I’m working out with Chosen’s medic what the remaining funds will be spent on. I’m also asking the units UFL supports what they want. I’ll update you guys once all the funds are spent. If you donated money for a specific thing, like a SAM, JETT, or CAT, know that that’s what we’re buying with it.

      All told, in three weeks, you contributed $19,751.49 in medical supplies.

      The contest is over but the wishlists remain active if you ever feel like buying us stuff. I’ll make sure it gets where you want it to go.

      [UFL’s wishlist](https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/N54EN49NU1LJ/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_2)

      Maybe take it easy on the chest seals and chemical heaters for a while though.

      You guys are incredible. Thank you.

    2. Fantastic results!

      Re: DirtyP’s inexplicable charisma; it could be his wildly funny comments like this one, “They called you an idiom! Are you gonna just sit there and take that?” I laughed until it hurt. Medic!

    3. If any of the donors see my message, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! I could never emphasize enough how much of an impact donors make. Helping us fight, save lives, or even just move forward. Everything, no matter how large or small, makes a positive impact. My love to all who continue to support ukraine and all volunteers!

      Thank you to everyone who donated! True winner here is Ukraine for getting more medical supplies to everyone who needs them.

      🙂 I’m glad it was success. I’d rather there not be a reason to need it, but I’d rather you have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
