Ich habe mir beiläufig die Preise für eine Mietwohnung in Klosters angesehen. Ich wohne in GR, keine Zweitwohnung. Und war wie… hör?! Ich habe einen Freund gefragt. Seiner Meinung nach könnte dies am bevorstehenden WEF (Weltwirtschaftsforum) in Davos liegen.

I know a guy who has a small apartment there (bought back in 2010-2015, don’t remember), with mortgage. One week of WEF paid for the year of mortgage.
