      These are positions of highly technical management skills. It should not matter what your skin color is, what genitals you have or who you’re fucking.

      NOBODY FUCKING CARES.

      We need professionals who are at the top of their classes to be in these positions and those who focus on their hair dye and what color wrist bands to wear that day should never be considered.

      They need more of anything and everything. Why is there a firefighter shortage? There is a spot for most anyone. We don’t need 100% fire experts. We need people digging trenches and driving heavy equipment. Run it like the military. This whole thing is self inflicted. LA voted for these clowns. Let’s see if they learn anything. I doubt it.

      Gotta love headlines. I know in the construction industry we look at demographics like this especially when there’s a shortage in the workforce to identify ways to appeal to ADDITIONAL demographics to fulfill labor demand in the industry . I can’t imagine they’re looking to get rid of white male firefighters but rather see an opportunity to draw in other demographics to join. But hey, whatever suits the narrative right?

      Also, there was a California program to add more Asians cops when I lived there. Guess what they found: Asians don’t want to be cops in the numbers you want them to be.
