As per India’s stand, the regions are occupied and are legally Indian territories as per maps drawn in UN establishment after 1945. Also the recent de-escalations agreement tends to improvise that border areas be de-militarized and constructions be stopped in the areas. China’s such aggressive postures are therefore deemed to be illegal and China should give back the Occupied region, aka Aksai Chin’ back to the original holders of the terrotory.
