We knew this was coming and I’m still so damn sad. It’s not an outright disband per say, but I don’t want to hope that a company picks them up as a group. All in all, happy for the bops we get from them. Bim Bam Bum and Ring Ring are forever my jam! Curious about Suyun, unless she’s on a different contract length/agreement.

(Is this the main thread now? Posting my last comment from the deleted thread wwww)

So did Suyun renew? Diff contract length? Shocked since Yeonhee’s the one in el7zup (they might as well be disbanded too from mnet’s lack of promos on that end 💀) Woollim def had no plans for them after Juri left and within the last 2 months Yunkyoung stopped appearing on the group IG with the remaining members

I hope the best for them, they had really good music (Bouncy, Do something, Summer Punch, Ring Ring AND Ride), sad they didn’t catch on and Woollim should’ve given them SOME music this year.

The company seems to be completely BROKE since even Eunbi’s been suffering from Woollim’s incompetence this year…and I just saw the rest(?) of Golden Child are leaving the company, not gonna be shocked if the company shuts down next year 🧍‍♀️ esp after hearing the company had no plans for a 2025SG for their artists, so sad to see, they all deserved better

    4. Hold the phone, almost all of Golcha have just announced that their contacts are ending as well.

Is the whole company just downsizing?

Idk at this point if you’re not debuting under the big4 there’s literally no point of being a group. Non big4 groups stans can’t even enjoy kpop anymore.

Goodness. To be a Ketchy right from their very first introduction video to now this… Woollim failed the girls so bad… Hell, they failed all of their artists in recent years.

As sad as I was when Juri left, I always knew it was just her getting freedom earlier than the others cause they were already in route for this. At least they didn’t drag the other girls for 2 more years of nothing. So much potential wasted by Woollim’s incompetence. I feel that they never knew what they wanted to do with Rocket Punch. The girls got so much attention initially because they were really talented but Woollim never gave them something that really showcased this.

The worst part is they never really let them do much things solo either so I’m afraid most of them might leave the industry all together. I’ll really miss them.

Also don’t know what’s up with Suyun’s contract but hope she leaves soon too
