      Mentally ill Ammunition attractors might actually be preferred by Russian DOD officials. The point is that mentally ill people may have no idea they are to be purposely eliminated. both as undesirable and as simple tools in a war of attrition. Using these men to run the Ukrainians out of munitions shows how Pitiless Russians are.
