  1. >“To be perfectly honest, I don’t really know what it’s about,” Holland recently said on “The Dish” podcast. “I’m super excited, but it’s been pretty quiet about the project. I met with [Nolan] and it was awesome. He kind of loosely pitched what it is, and I’m sure when he’s ready he’ll announce what it’s about”

    >Holland told “Good Morning America” in October that he would accept an offer to star in a Nolan movie “sight unseen,” which is more or less what happened on this upcoming project. Even without seeing a script, Holland said getting the offer from Nolan to star in his new film was the phone call “of a lifetime.”

    >“It was reminiscent of getting the call about ‘Spider-Man’ 10 years ago,” he added at the time. “It’s an amazing thing for me. I’m super proud and I’m really, really excited.”

Everything goes backwards except when it doesn’t. You also won’t be able to hear any of the dialogue .

I don’t think he’s going to tell Tom what the movie is about until after it’s on DVD

  4. Isn’t Nolan notorious for not letting his talent read the scripts before production so that they’re aren’t any leaks

Nolan might be one of those directors that you just say yes to. Even if Tyson’s get what you’re being pitched

  6. Dragon_yum on

Nolan is one of those directors actors will sign up to work with before reading the script.

  7. Tbf when Christopher Nolan asks you to lead his next movie you don’t ask for the script

Tom during the press tour: “My favorite thing about this movie, is that- like, it feels like a movie”

I mean if Nolan pitched me a movie I wouldn’t really care what it’s about either. He asks, you say “okay.”

  10. I personally would’ve liked Timothee instead of Tom as the leading role in a Nolan movie. Tom is still a good actor though.

It’s ok, most won’t know what it’s about when they see it.

  12. You’d have to be the janitor that cleans Nolan’s offices and happens upon his blackboard with script notes to understand a Nolan premise without watching it.

Isn’t it that obvious, it’s Christopher Fucking Nolan…who is gonna demand a script first if he wants you to lead the movie..

I can’t think of any actor/actress who would say no to Nolan just because they didn’t get to read the script first.
