      As far as I know this usually houses sensors to measure air quality or similar

      Thanks, I thought it was something like that, but they installed 4 of them a week ago so I found it strange.

      It says Meßgerät für den Umweltsomething; I guess it could be a Meßgerät

      The sticker says „Messgerät für den Unwelt…“. It is an air quality sensor. Might be a sensor.community diy kit.

      Something that is unfinished, because there are no wires. Unless some sensor is with batteries inside that pipe.

      It’s there in case someone throws a stone at that exact spot, it’s diverged downwards. We call it “Steinableiter”.

      …I really have no idea what it really is though. Looks like an unfinished drain pipe.
