      For anyone who wants to save 2 minutes of their life: The navigation system didn’t operate effectively over smooth terrain, resulting in it crashing.

      How on earth could something be too flat to navigate over? That is contrary to any form of logic.

      I was going to guess, without looking at the article, that it was conversion between imperial and metric measurements.
