No one is handing this in because the government has no idea who has these

Well there is finally an article on it so i can post about this.

This is going to cause the cost of the buyback to explode beyond all estimates to this date. They are offering 300 dollars for a polymer telescoping stock. something you can get for 20 dollars in bulk on aliexpress, and 3d print for literal pennies.

Every person who submits the maximum “no qestions asked” limit of 200 parts can increase the cost of the buyback program by 60 grand, not to mention getting a 60,000 pay day.

Lets say 10% of gun owners do this. just 10% of gun owners doing this would add 14,00,000,000 dollars to the cost of the buyback.

I’ve been sharing this information around as much as i can to as many PAL holders as i can, and if you feel this buyback needs to be stopped, you should do the same.

I remember when Sean Fraser responded to my email in 2020, saying “we’re only banning weapons specifically designed for military use.” Lol lol lol now they’re banning a bunch of firearms specifically designed to be civilian legal in Canada lol and parts. How fucking dumb do you have to be to keep buying this bullshit?

Still no one can say how many of these firearms are used in crimes each year, I think it’d be the most basic amount of data collection required before spending billions.
