      So backwards. There’s nothing similar between cannabis and narcotics.

      If the government were to learn that weed makes people horny and takes away inhibitions and possibly more likely to accidentally get pregnant, they may change their minds and promote it.

      The Japanese government doesn’t really have any motives to legalize. There’s no demand from the people, no huge control issues, and no foundation for regulation and taxation. Things will likely change in the future but not while it’ll hurt them politically
