Thanks for posting the article. School bullying is a terrible thing and has long lasting consequences. I had some really bad experiences when attending public school, namely in years 7-9.

Having said this, my experience is from a long time ago. For people who attended public school 10 or less years ago, how bad is it still? Do teachers still turn a blind eye to bullying? Does it happen in the school yard and teachers are nowhere to be seen? Do parents of bullying children kick up a fuss at the school if their child is told off and is it a parenting failure?

Really keen to hopefully hear that it’s slowly going away, even though the article mentions that it is a phenomenon that is increasing.
