This is an initial draft, it will be translated into armenian. Will also be doing paid ads on socials to raise awareness. All fb welcome
Looks very good, like the idea and good someone takes action.
Its really awful. It gets worse in the winter month, because the winds blowing from North stop end of October and Yerevan sits in a pothole of a valley. So no wind, no clean air. Whats amazing is that nobody, except few people like yourself is seem to be at all concerned beyond words about it.
Awsome work, best of luck!
Maybe, it’s good to also include some photos from Yerevan I think
Really good work, I hope this brings some change
Thank you for taking action!
Thank you this is excellent
This looks amazing!!!
It looks great.
Something needs to be done…
Handouts and posters are a good idea. Everybody can see the smog – everybody should also know that they’re not alone in this – everybody’s got somebody they care about, especially older people – and as a community it is possible to push for change.
I was the first person to address this by bringing it up to Dog. He accepted and talked about it and ONLY then did it become an actual topic. Not that I listen to him or like him but no one talked about it before hand. I think step one of solving this issue is LEARNING to listen! This problem is not far from home from many of us right now. No one listened to me when I talked about it until they heard it from DOG. That was last year I believe then it led to Tik tok cuts of it than it finally spread around. My step this year was to reach out to Avi since was bragging about the clean air of yerevan earlier in the year. Instead of listening most of the time I get laughed at until someone like dog shows up to tell our general population and IVE had similar reactions from here. Learn to accept that there is people out there that know things you don’t and LISTEN. And ofcourse I got everyones attention by telling him that the air quality was worse than Delhi and Mumbai and it was at that time. Sometimes it is worse yes.
Good work this is a severe issue if a majority of Armenians are going to experience this type of damage.
Remove Delhi bro. Delhi got even worse and never improved.
Great innovative! Please make sure the city hall gets drowned with these!
great job, great to see someone actually cares this much. I suggest to also do versions with less text and more “catchy” accessible language to raise awareness among regular people as well. Like a poster can just say sth along the lines of “Yerevan’s air is VERY Unhealthy according to who. It is caused by a, b, c. What you can do?- x, y, z”
Make sure the short-term and long term texts are lined up horizontally xD
Too many words. Needs to be shortened significantly
the only way to fix this is to stop burning shit for heating
It’s a lot of very tiny text for someone passing by the street to read, if you plan on pasting these to a pole or something.
If that’s the case I suggest creating a second flyer design that’s very focused on a specific action we can take. Write “enforce catalytic converter laws” in big text at the top and some call to action website or instagram page below.
Excellent. Will try to share as much as possible!
Great initiative and great job on compiling the material! But where the heck does 324 come from? I have been keeping an eye on both [https://waqi.info](https://waqi.info) and [https://armaqi.org](https://armaqi.org) last few days, and it barely goes to 200-210; that’s already terribly high, but values of 300 are seen only in Igdir from Turkey side, where the factories are located…
Is there any info you can add about how many people die because of the pollution
This is great
Post this on social media too. Paste it everywhere around Yerevan. This issue has to be fixed.
