      If you check their [entry](https://www.tasteatlas.com/cyprus) about Cyprus, most of their restaurant choices are mediocre or straight up underwhelming, many of the best Cypriot dishes are missing, and some listed are not Cypriot at all (Labneh? really, TasteAtlas?). The list does read mostly like a tourist trap-ish tavern menu.

      Don’t professional chefs all agree it’s France? If you want any Masterchef type shows, all the dishes are based on french principles and sauce preparations
