I think both countries will look to expand their influence in Syria, and that will probably cause the two sides to butt heads a bit more than they currently do, but I don’t think the two countries have goals that clash all that much.

Israel is going to look to diminish Iranian influence in Syria, and maybe even take land (they have already occupied the Golan Heights) to make it harder for Iran to ship weapons to Hezbollah.

Turkey is in the best position to expand their influence. I think they will look to install a government friendly to them, and I suspect the war isn’t over, and that Turkish backed rebels will soon set their sights on the Kurds at Turkey’s behest.

So in the near term, both countries can pursue their goals without coming into direct conflict.

Things are gonna go off after Trump arrives, it all depends if he withdraw the US army from the country, I think that Turkey is the big winner here anyway, it will probably be turkish societies that will reconstruct the country etc etc, Israel also affirmed that the support to the kurds is important and that they are talking with the US government about that, hard to predict what could happen.
