  1. It’s the fact that he has multiple prior convictions that rubs me wrong. He is obviously remorseless (he wants what is essentially a murder weapon back..) and will obviously use it to drive like shit again. Leopards cannot change their spots

Given one of his previous convictions was driving without a license I’m very unsure that having a driving ban is going to stop him from driving anyway.

Law and enforcement here are ridiculous.

Edit: it looked like the driving ban was only two years anyway…so stupid.

Side note: fyi that’s not a skyline… just r35 gtr. R34 was last to use skyline tag

  4. Maltese Justice for you.

I still understand why someone can go and mow people down deliberately and get away with a fine. It’s murder.

They should have clubbed him to death the minute he walked out of the law courts, but instead we give him his weapon back to mow down someone else…

  5. Oh – actually his licence was suspended. For two whole years.
If he ends up killing someone again with his car, the lawyers and judges should also be held directly responsible

Wasn’t this the case when some evidence was misplaced too?

I can only assume all these cases where procedural errors have been made or where evidence is misplaced is down to the Maltese weather. Malta seems to suffer from this far more than from this than other countries.
