All shot from my back garden in Ōtautahi, Aotearoa (Christchurch, New Zealand) over a single clear night (it’s been super cloudy here the last month). The core of the nebula is super bright relative to the other nebulosity, so I have captured images at 5 min exposures, 60s exposures and then 10s exposures – I’ve included all 3 individual files in the Google Drive as well as a combined HDR for those who just want the finished un-edited file: [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14dytQdnVwRqBBXSyuzKhsWD_YpybKfTK?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14dytQdnVwRqBBXSyuzKhsWD_YpybKfTK?usp=sharing)
Here are some of the capture details:
* ZWO Asi533MC Pro Camera
* CEM26 Mount
* Redcat 51 Telescope
* Antlia RGB Ultra filter
* iGuider on OAG for guiding
* 50 x 300s + 50 x 60s + 120 x 10s exposures
Have fun with it! I don’t post enough but if you want to follow me on socials then I’m on Insta (@EkantV) or FB (EkantTakePhotos)
I think #2 LOOKS better, but I prefer #1 because it is more true to life and resembles what I see when I look through a telescope. I do like how you were able to bring out so much detail with the second method, though, it adds a lot more life to the picture.
