      I wish more Chicago Black Americans would move to Texas. Instead I keep talking to former Cali people who found Cali not racist enough.

      Visually, it looks somewhat like the Great Migration in reverse (although I doubt the numbers are anywhere near the same).

      I live in one of these cities and we definitely had a mass influx, people mainly trying to escape the Chicago violence or start small businesses!

      My mom side of the family have been in South Carolina for generations, my dad is from the Midwest Gary indana and moved here in high school. Black folks from the Midwest coming down to the south a lot
