What did I just read….
Nah, if I don’t pay my taxes I get it. But I 90% qualify for almost every kind of work visa and had to get a spousal because I don’t actually qualify for any of them. And I’m the one who works. The rules are weird and have tons of gaps.
Like my speaking at AI conferences doesn’t matter because I didn’t finish my degree because I got a great job offer while attending university. Or the fact I made 85k in 4 months means nothing, it’s that I didn’t make over 100k last year.
So rather than letting me work remotely for a US company and generate revenue and keep my skills sharp, I need to sit on my ass until they choose to grant a visa.
