“Einzelzimmer” = Just a room, living- or bedroom, you must split kitchen and bath time with other people.

“Einzelappartment” = A whole flat. I think just a bit smaller than the “Doppelappartement”. Should only be used by one person.

“Doppelappartement” = A whole flat. Bigger than “Einzelappartment”. Should be used for two people.

      “möbliert/möbl.” = With furniture

      “unmöbliert/unmöbl.” = without furniture

Having lived in Tübingen in the student dorms, the bottom two options are the larger apartments available to students. Those larger apartments are twice the size of the single rooms. They are meant for couples or single parents with children, but can be rented by single people as well. You will not share the room with a stranger.
