      This is a good thing. It’s when they stop giving warnings that we actually are in trouble.

      Well yeah, otherwise the US would have assumed it was a nuclear strike.

      Putin knowing the US might think that an ICBM, could be construed as a nuclear threat, the Russian military notified US before launching the missile at Dnipro.
      This proves Putin is escalating the war to a new level.

      The good news about the warning is they actually care about not being killed. I find this to be rather comforting. The second a nuclear power loses that care, we all die.

      Makes me wonder if they are getting low on Iskander missiles and have to use IRBMs. They can only make so many a month, and after two and a half years, they have to be running out the old stockpile. North Korea can only send so many without weakening themselves.

      What was the point of shooting that missile?
      To bluff the world that they shot out an ICBM with a nuke? Then were too cowards to actually put a nuke on it.

      Vlads deck of cards is so bad that this was the last joker to pull.

      US told him a while ago what would happen if anything nuclear flies across the border.
