      This may be an NBC article, but a vague lead-in with zero hope of even isolating the article to a hemisphere… ..I hear it in the voice of ABC’s John Muir. How do people watch this crap?

      Is it even close to true?

      My understanding, I am not a water chemist is, Water is treated with Chlorine to kill nasties, a by product of this is Chloramines.
