Ukrainian Air Force confirms the incident:
>On the morning of November 21, 2024, between 05:00 and 07:00, Russian troops attacked the city of Dnipro (enterprises and critical infrastructure) with missiles of various types. In particular, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation, an Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missile from a MiG-31K fighter, seven Kh-101 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers (launch area – Volgograd region) from the Tambov region.

What’s happening here? Is it an airburst or something?
holy shit
That’s going at 29,000 km per hour.
I never thought I would ever see a real strike using MIRV.
Fake news
What was the target?
I guess the US can now lift the restrictions of the long-range missile strikes into Russia.
To everyone saying these are MIRV warheads coming in.
Yeah, that could be so, but also it could be something else. It’s impossible to gauge the range at which this was recorded, and the effects on the ground. Due to the range from the camera to the alleged warheads being impossible to determine, it’s also impossible to estimate velocity. We don’t know enough about it yet to positively confirm what’s going on.
AFAIK, Russian MIRV warheads contain up to 10-15 warheads, and from the footage I counted 6 bursts of 6 projectiles each, totaling 36.
However, the Russians do have a new type of submarine launched missile called “Bulava” that allegedly contains 6 warheads each. Russia could have fired a volley of 6 of these. According to data from 2022, they only had 48 such missiles.
This is kinf of useless with a non nuclear warhead. Precision is 200m.
Massive escalation, time to remove all restriction, russia is pushing its luck too far. This will lead to massive retaliation and response by Ukraine. Ukraine has so far has been too kind to russia hoping they will leave.
Russia keep escalating by tresspassing and using nkorea, iran weapons on ukraine soil. Ukraine has been kind to only repond with weak atacms for all the russia brutal provocation and escalations.
Ukraine is being backed into a corner now, russia is pushing Ukraine into an existential crisis. The only appropriate and reasonable response by Ukraine now is for Ukraine to wipe out russia nuclear power plants.
Why is russia trying to destroy the world by provoking Ukraine. russia is playing with fire here. Russia needs to stop its provocation and escalation. IF russia push the world into an existential crisis the world will respond.
Keep pushing and Ukraine will be forced to trigger russia’s automated death hand system to trigger the global response retaliation on russia to save the planet.
What do I see here ? I thought they fired a 1ton warhead on a target in Dnipro. But they fired a ICBM and 10? 11? MIRV entered atmosphere to strike with single 200kg warheads and bad precision ?
Putin trying to “escalate to deescalate” to try to stop the West from upping support before Trump takes office.

John von Neumann was right.
Time to remove all restrictions.
I wonder did Russia alert the U.S. prior to launch that it would be non-nuclear? Otherwise wouldn’t this have set off alarm bells for all sorts of early warning?
Won’t this show NATO Russia’s hand? If Russia continues to use ICBMs won’t NATO just learn a lot about them and will learn to counter or track them better?
Everything keeps saying ICBM, but at that range its more likely an IRBM
An escalation all the same, but the implications are a tad different.
Unless its a RS-26 Rubezh. Which has been tested with heavier payloads at shorter ranges. Basically as a RSD-10 replacement which was an IRBM.
ITS a Show only to spread panic in Western nations. Dont be part of it. Stay calm.
This is clearly a warning shot, perhaps they are trying to say the next one will land in a heavily populated area like Kiev.
US has 14 Ohio class ballistic missile subs . 20 Trident D5s on each with 4 MIRV carrying W88 war head of varying kilotons.
UK has 4 Vanguard class subs kcarrying 16 Tridents.
So thats 1440 mission active nukes that could come roaring down onto Putins balding head shod things get out of hand. Putin can rule a radioactive wasteland.
MAD scenario.
My Samsung TV has a better camera than this.
What? Theyre firing fireworks or what? No explosions?
At the end of the day, its sad but people lose perspective as is easy to do with warfare.
Each time Ukraine gains a massive advantage, launches incredibly successful strikes or does something of major strategic importance that is a game changer, Russia attacks an apartment building.
While sad that 1-2-3 people might die etc… in the big picture and in the context of war, that is a very small cost for the amount of damage that Ukraine is able to inflict, which is also increasing by the day. And Russia has never done this with any great success… meaning, its not like they’re killing 10,000 people a day like WWII,… they spend 500,000,000.00 USD to 1,000,000,000.00 USD with weapons of which they have precious few to hit a few buildings here and there and mostly just break a lot of windows.
Each strike also brings the war much closer to an end and that bar for Ukraine continually raises with more international support, more weapons, more armor, more artillery, more planes, more AA systems, more drone tech, increased combat capability and effectiveness etc and all of that, as they also continue to improve their own long range drones and missiles which are already devastatingly effective.
Russia never was a gas station with nuclear weapons.
Russia was always exactly what it’s proven itself to be… the same exactly thing it was BEFORE the Soviet Union an the same thing it is AFTER the Soviet Union… an arrogant, hostile, petty, vindictive, petulant and delusional child with weapons.
Right now, today… each time Ukraine endures such a strike, it simply cuts a few more days, weeks and months off of Putin’s lifespan and that of Russia’s military.
I live in Dnepr and I heard it at night. But it’s a pathetic attempt to show something. Any missile could have killed me, it doesn’t have to have a range of 12 thousand km. Nothing new, just another missile, with a slightly different effect, but not impressive, thanks.
Here’s a somewhat better quality video shot with a cell phone: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ)
I don’t know if it’s all bots on here trying to say that Russia is trying to do a “show of force” with this, but I hope so because that is absurd. Doing very little damage while wasting enormous quantities of money on dropping an empty icbm is beyond weak, it’s idiotic. Especially considering that Russia is going to continue to be bombed on its own territory for a while.
Bigfoot footage quality. Anything that has countable pixels is automatically fake.
Was that it?
This footage was brought to you by M&M’s
An expensive joke. That’s all it is 😄
It seems a lot of people here want a nuclear escalation, lol.
