      Is this lawsuit realistically going to go anywhere? Can’t Netflix just claim that since their subscribers pay for access to their entire monthly service and not just this one special event, those customers still got what they paid for?

      (Like *in most jurisdictions*, when a music festival has to replace a headliner that canceled on them, the festival doesn’t necessarily have to refund disappointed fans because the festival as a whole is still occuring.)

      Need a class action for them to stop showing me the same bullshit over and over in my menu. The only way to find *actual* new things is to go into the search menu itself and scroll the categories on the side bar.

      I mean are they no at least giving a free month or pro-rating the monthly fee at all?? They fucked up a service we paid for, they need to do something.
