      So you combine this with the AI targeting system they recently made public and you have the ability to take out a small enemy formation accurately and from range.

      You know what would be really badass? If the mothership can directly send all of the fpvs into one direct target to ensure the destruction. While a second is on station mopping up infantry or other shit.

      I’ve been working on a similar idea, but you can use the multicopters to assist in vertical take and landing, or short take off. The plane is mainly used as an extended range battery. The wing can dispense some span after deployment and also some expended battery mass. My other approach is to use folding multicopters in internal area.
