> Procurement Minister Jean-Yves Duclos, who said “it’s for Randy to continue explaining the circumstances.”
I.e. Not my clown, not my circus.
You have to wonder what the cabinet says to each other behind closed doors about stuff like this.
Watched the QP period where Boissonnault was answering questions, was a pretty lackluster defense, more just his continued denial of knowing anything apparently. His Liberal colleagues in the background couldn’t have looked less enthused and embarrassed to be in the same frame as him well he tried to gasslight the house.
This revelation was new to me:
>“**Now [Boissonault’s] company address matches the address of the place that was the location of two cocaine busts.”**
>Boissonnault responded by saying that he had never met the person with whom his company shared the post office box, and **had no prior dealings with her**.
Why is he sharing a post office box with someone he had no prior dealings with? Sharing something like that means they have access to your mail, and you’re exposed to whatever it is they’re receiving as well. Why would anyone give a stranger access to that?
And at what point did he know there was cocaine involved?
This just isn’t adding up, and keeps getting more bizarre.
