Customer service jobs will be quickly replaced, at least non facing jobs. Companies couldn’t care less if people don’t like it or not, if it says money, they’ll do it, regardless how shitty that worthless ai chat bot is

So, is AI cleaning my room? Oh that’s right, they don’t do that unless I ask.

How about serving me egg-like product and sausage briquettes? Another AI?

This whole AI shit is getting worse. If I’ve been traveling and have a problem with my reservation, the last thing I want to do is fight with a chat bot at 11pm while standing at a front desk.

They might also just be slashing jobs to boost their stock price, like companies often do.

Yeah, sure. I am sure that the saved budget from those cuts will 100% go to other jobs, yes Sir.

Companies may be taxed one day to provide UBI if they slash too many jobs.

I worked for Marriott at one point, they don’t even need ai to slash jobs, they made every attempt to barebones everything after the pandemic.

When one reaches out to customer care, it’s not for simple answers that a chat bot can give, it’s usually because the query is complicated or unique.

  8. Well of course business travel will be trending down. Because of all those higher menager jobs being taken by ai .
