      According to a story in Haaretz, most of the looting now is done by criminal gangs, which probably have some ties to Hamas but are not Hamas proper.

      Hamas said it was a mob. I don’t believe anything they say and believe it was probably Hamas that did it themselves and is covering. Wouldn’t be the first time they raided the aid convoys
