  5. Potatoes are very much eaten in Northern Spain, many dishes are served with potatoes, more so than with tomatoes.

  6. Fact: French cuisine is the only one to use both tomatoes and potatoes.

  7. Can we get the same map for the index of cancer (excluding lung cancer)? As far as I remember, tomatoes are anti-cancer.

  8. And none of them originate from Europe. Makes me curious as to what Europeans ate before the Mesoamerican exchange.

    I hate that the labels are in the reverse order of the colors on the map.
