It may be difficult for U.S. President-elect Donald Trump to reverse the decision of the incumbent President Joe Biden to grant Ukraine permission to use ATACMS long-range missiles against targets inside Russia once he takes office, as the Ukrainians will use the time before the inauguration (January 20) to prove the effectiveness deep strikes into Russia.

There are many ways to effectively achieve the same result, sadly. And this decision is still full of restrictions, that’s sadism at this point.

Its not difficult its impossible. The US is not a dictatorship. The only people with the actual power to do anything are the senate and congress. People think the president does more than he actually does.
