Buy a pest control spray either from THE EXTERMINATOR or COMTECH pest control or ask them to come spray it for u. The spray is carcinogenic so spray with caution (gloves and goggles and if it touches skin wash with soap and water immediately). it is sprayed along the border of the room. U would have to leave the sprayed area for 3 hrs (also remove pets during that time) after which u are safe to return. Do not wash floors for 3 days after treatment. U will start finding them dead.
Also do a deep clean in the kitchen cupboards to make sure there isn’t any spoiled food which is offering a bed and breakfast to these insects 😜
