      I’m kind of surprised Scholz was allowed to just unilaterally decide to make this call, you’d think leaders would have to at least tell other leaders what they’re planning to do in a situation like this, and if everyone else tells them that it’s a moronic idea then they’d back off. Even if it’s not a formal rule, you’d think there was at least some kind of informal agreement, maybe there was and Scholz did it anyway? In all aspects, a completely moronic, embarrassing, NATO/ally undermining decision by Scholz that I don’t even see a tangible personal benefit for.

      Germany continues to live in an alternate universe where it continues to believe it can strike some kind of agreement with the Russian gangster that will bring “peace in our time”. And what’s really amazing is that given the history of war in Europe over the centuries, how is it that some European leaders have not learned the lessons of history? I mean, the writing is on the wall; appeasement will fail; eastern Europe will burn; and in the end, we’ll all ask ‘How did we let this happen again?’

      I can’t understand why you guys keep talking about NATO vs Russia. NATO has got nothing to do with Ukraine and will not enter any direct conflict with Russia no matter what. Russia could nuke Ukraine for al they care, they’ll send more help but won’t step in. Swallow that in already.

      I absolutely do not see a sign of Russia looking to invade elsewhere. It’s complete bullshit, I can’t believe you lot are so brainwashed to believe that. Idiots.
