      The one who is crying is being hit because he stays silent and doesn’t answer some questions. What questions—this part is cut out in the video. He is crying and saying that he didn’t do anything.

      Notice those little red booklets on the ground are Russian Военный билет military IDs, looks like sop is that they would search and collect these probably for intelligence purposes from POWs at first opportunity
