Definitely ignorance and being lied to. My girl recently went out to dinner with her co worker and her co worker is an immigrant from El Salvador. The co worker was defending Trump because the current administration is handing out free housing and a $1000 to illegal immigrants which she though was not right

Good read. But unlike her, I’m having a hard time thinking of helping or feeling bad for the people that voted for him. I’m done. I don’t have a lot of years left and I really didn’t want to live them in Nazi America. In my little community here in PGH. My neighborhood buzz had anti-Semitism packs of letters thrown on there property. Thanks to this election this will become normal. I have to as how many Jews in Nazi Germany thought it won’t happen to me. Maybe we should have shown Latinos and Black men and Palestinian, the films from back then. Because it did happen to them! And maybe we should ask 52% of women is this how you wanna die with childbirth complications? Or young girls 10 and up being raped and have to carry the babies? God help us please.

It’s because they wanted change and the incumbent party wasn’t doing a great job at addressing the needs of its constituents – it’s that fucking simple. Groceries and gas go up, leadership changes. No jobs, not making enough money to pay for the cost of living, leadership changes. That’s literally it.

Both parties are too busy sucking donor dick for that money shot to pay attention to the people that vote them in office.

Surprised we get caught up into thinking it’s a monolith of thinking. Shallow insight

Because hurting other people that you hate is more important than helping themselves.

Betrayal and disappointment hurt more than open hostility.

This is not rational, but it’s very human.

We know what Trump is, but Biden is supposed to be better. When he didn’t live up to expectations, people judged him harshly, even those who would have been worse off under Trump.
