      I remember that this was a steam achievement for civilization 5 playing as Poland.

      because… you know, the canon is that everyone wants to get into space, Poland is already there.

      the moon landing had to be faked because the Polish owner of the plot did not agree to filming on site.

      there is a problem with landings and photos on Venus because the planet was taken over by a Polish company that announced “private premises, entry ban, photography, sound and image recording only with the consent of the owner of the facility”
