Ask a bank or lawyer, not reddit. Even if this question was 1+1, with 6 digit sale in the mix, I would not answer 😀

The house you’re buying has been used as collateral up to that amount, and in order to do that they make these ”panttikirja”. In this case four. They are not being used at the moment as collateral, since it says that they are free. But you need to pay to have them transferred to you.
