      Submission statement: the article likely calls people to vote, or some other pacifist approach, it attacks Trump as a danger to democracy.

      But you’d have to be body temp iq to ignore the innuendos and message of this image they created and to think it’s not a call for violence by the NYT

      A call for violence! MAGA tried to overthrow the American process Jan 6 based on lies and encouragement from the administration. Tailgate pictures of Biden hogtied in the back of a pickup truck. Making fun of people with autism, making Halloween customs of hammering spouses of political opponents. Promise to pay legal bills of those who attack protesters. These are the signs of creating violence.

      They know the guillotine is coming for these Godless souls. So of course they are asking for murder. If you are a democrat, you are the party of murder and assassination.

      They could be setting up a scenario where they let Trump win which would justify a coup and subsquently the end of democracy.
