I’d like to improve my charting skills, I’d appreciate any feedback on the presentation of data, font size, colors, labels, title, caption, anything that you think could be improved. If you think anything was particularly, done well, that would also be good to know.

Your trend is weak towards the point of not being useful. The points are all over the place and your R-squared is very low. This graph doesn’t really show any strong relationship in a meaningful way. You may as well provide a data table instead. The styling looks nice, though; definitely needs a legend. The meaning of the shaded area around the line is not evident.
