I am always shocked when I see how close AFVs get to enemy positions in this war. Can’t they just pound that building from like 600m away, well out of (effectiev) range of any kind of RPG or other infantry AT weapon? Or is the 30mm gun just not accurate enough for that?

Same goes for tanks. I would have assumed that hitting most stationary targets at 1000m+ would be pretty straightforward, but somehow you often see tanks rolling up to less ranges around 25m, where you would expect the HE fuses to not even be armed on the 125mm HE-frag!
