Podcasts are the new mainstream media and have a wider/larger audience than traditional media.

That’s where the most undecided voters are. Folks you’d reach through legacy media have made up their minds.

  3. I knew Trump was.. I’m glad to see Kamala is as well. Legacy media and social media is a saturated market so to speak. You hit new and fresh ears with podcasts. Well, as new and fresh ears that Adin Ross can provide.

Plus, in Trump’s case. They won’t fact check him. So it’s a safe haven

Legacy media is going to be crushed by semi-pro videos and podcasts. I didn’t expect this to happen for a while longer, but it’s here and NY Times and CNN and the rest should be terrified.

  5. Podcasts aren’t “media trained” and aren’t looking to be confrontational, so it’s the perfect place for Trump to spew disinformation without being questioned and for Kamala to not have to worry about being questioned too harshly on her platform moving to the right.

  6. It doesn’t help legacy media with their insistent smear campaign against Kamala because she won’t do interviews with them on their timetable. And it also doesn’t help them that legacy has been Trump 24/7 positive and negative for more than 10 years now. It’s disgusting. But she eventually does these interviews anyway, even though they don’t deserve it.

I think another reason is that fewer people of tolerant of the nightly news giving us three minutes of headline news and 15 minutes of skim-the-surface news all sandwiched between 12 minutes of ads for pharmaceuticals.
