      Should be him kicked out of the army no? No clue what their “ethical code” is but seems like any crimes committed by military personnel should be judged harshly given they are meant to protect people.

      Ah man. I’m all for locking up rapists and violent criminals but this seems so heavy handed. I feel bad for the lad. Sure I had wilder nights in college. We probably all had wilder nights at one stage or another.

      He touched a woman’s leg while he was drunk and that’s a sexual assault? and he hugged a male colleague and that’s another sexual assault? Oh ya and he flashed his Mickey and arse while he was probably out of his fucking mind drunk.

      It seems so disproportionate when we have actual violent scrotes out there getting suspended sentences and probation acts.

      So mooning is a sexual offence? A lot of this is ridiculous.
