      This seems extreme. Yes, the LPC is going to lose badly. However, 338 still has them winning opposition, as things stand today.

      I’m sure things will continue to degrade for the LPC, but the idea that they will cease to exist is hilarious.

      Dark times ahead. Every time I’ve seen this government change hands the new party in power adds a surprise move and life gets a little worse. In only 40 years life has gone from having 50% a month left over after living expenses to 10%. Guess we’re about to lose that 10% too. Hope I’m wrong, but doubt it.

      Yes, we need to get rid of them, but we should really find a competent replacement _before_ ousting our government.

      It’s not. I’m willing to bet money that we don’t get an election until scheduled in October 2025. It doesn’t do the NDP any good to bring the government down, no more than it does the LPC to call an election. So who’s left to do so?

      Also, Harris will be the butt in the seat come Jan 20, 2025, you can mark me on that, too. By hook or by crook, or by simply more ballots being counted as election week rolls on, you can bet your bottom dollar Mr Trump won’t be allowed to win again – he still needs to be made an example of about what happens when you cross the establishment.

      Looks like it, but from the ashes of that defeat, we got the current CPC, could be a unite the left push if that happens.
