    1. Just go upstairs and complain it ?
If no, file a report police about this situation

Similiar to my grandma got tired of this someone keeps throwing cigarettes from upstairs. she complain many times but doesnt help they yelled at my grandma and throwing blocks at windows. Got destroyed.., they endlessly keep throwing even can of beers as well. my uncle did filling a report about this

It got solved, they kicked her out from apartment due no payment bills for apartment. Their is messy disquisting and smelly. The woman who throwing stuff is high and drunk (she is 70 yo).

    2. We had the same issue (ground floor with a garden).
I installed a camera to find out who was throwing the cigs. Once I located them, I picked up all of em in a nice bag and went to “talk” to them. I returned their gift and they stopped it.

Pour that trash in front of the door to their apartment, maybe they’ll get the message. I’d assume that people doing crap like that are not intelligent enough to understand verbal requests, but you can try. If that won’t work or they’ll be threatening you, you can report them to police, because it’s an actual offense (I mean littering on your balcony) fined up to 500 PLN

Find out who it is, talk to your building administrator, they will file a complaint and talk to the person. Throwing trash from your balcony is considered littering and destruction of property. If it doesn’t stop, collect evidence and visit your local poiice station. They will issue a fine.

Find out who it is and report them to the police and the building management. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

    7. My brother in Christ, y’all getting free ciggys, just thank your lucky stars and pass on the blessings 🤣
