Arabica-Kaffeebohnen – Herkunft und Sorte

This is a handy chart for Arabica beans, but I am a little confused.

Where are all those delicious Ethiopian Arabicas classified? I’ve gotten lots of Bourbons from there, but what about the rest.

Thinking Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Kaffa, Gesha (special one), etc.

I know those are regions.

Are they unlisted heirloom varieties that grow there?

I’ve only been doing pourover for a few years and there’s so much to learn! Thank you OP.
