Thing is, every single time, Hungary blocks whatever it is, the EU model needs to flex enough to move to a most backers wins model. There is no sense in this approach of agreement from every member state. I’m sure the EU wouldn’t do anything to make matters worse to make members feel unduly disadvantaged. I don’t know.
