Who says it needs Congress, Mike? You? Your own party just granted the POTUS power to do anything as long as it’s an “official act”. Biden can just sidestep Congress and send the money. He could even call Congress back into session, again as an “official act”. Could probably get the US Marshals to issue warrants to bring them all in. It’s not like Biden is running for reelection. He absolutely could do all the shit they think he’s too “moral high ground” to do. He can go as low as he wants, what’s he got to lose?

What needs to be realized is that it really doesn’t matter who you are – Republican or Democrat. If Trump gets back into office and he decides not to give aid to whoever needs it for whatever reason he has – that’s it! Done! Trump is not for all people- it’s whatever he decides.
