Kann ich meinem Freund in der Ukraine zusätzliche Plattenträger, Taschen, MREs und kugelsichere Helme schicken?
Wie der Titel schon sagt, kämpft mein Freund gerade in der Ukraine und ich würde ihm gerne Ausrüstung spenden. Ist das jedem, der sich mit so etwas auskennt, erlaubt?
From the USA ballistic helmets and plates are probably export controlled/ITAR restricted items. Carriers alone, pouches and MREs shouldn’t be an issue but your friends may have to pay tax/duty to have them clear customs.
