$10.5 million incoming? Better fast track the PR application as well, can’t have him waiting. And set him up in a hotel room with all the perks, just to be safe.

    2. I’m getting tired of being right.

Instead of a free coffee all I get is a headache.

“Fazal Qadeer, a Mississauga, Ont.-based immigration consultant who had worked with Khan, said he had been surprised to learn of the arrest. He said Khan hadn’t shown signs of radicalization.

Qadeer said Khan was in the process of claiming refugee status on the basis of his sexual orientation. “He said he was gay,” Qadeer told CBC News in a recent interview”

This is such a grift. Even someone “building an ISIS cell” will do this. No country can objectively falsify claims based on sexual orientation because sexual orientation is personal and subjective identity. No way to verify someone’s sexual identity beyond their own testimony.

We should only accept fleeing an active war as a reason for asylum. And only if they present themselves at a land border/embassy, directly from their home country at war.

And yet, when people say we should be limiting immigration and refugees from this region, they’re accused of racism

      Omg 😂!!

It’s not funny and I am sorry for laughing but it’s literally at the point where people from outside of this country know how stupid we are.

“Just say you’re gay and they’ll let you in” lmao it sounds like a skit from The Chapelle Show.

Lmfao so was he the gay DEI hire of ISIS? This is bonkers and makes one question the credibility of the CSIS, the CBSA and the IRCC after these Shazeb and Eldidi fiascos.

      A gay ISIS terrorist?

Sexual identity being used as a «I’m oppressed» shield by bad-intentioned people, opportunistic about real people/minorities being marginalized, should surprise no one. The world ain’t unicorns and rainbows.

      >« *According to a U.S. criminal complaint unsealed last month, Khan had posted on social media, expressing “his desire to carry out terrorist attacks in support” of the self-styled Islamic State group (ISIS).*

      >*An FBI special agent wrote that two undercover officers later communicated with Khan over encrypted chat. He allegedly encouraged them to acquire AR-style rifles to attack an unnamed Jewish centre in Brooklyn*. »

      >« *According to the U.S. criminal complaint, Khan had said he would be vacating his Toronto-area apartment on Sept. 1. “He had already made up his mind that he would not be alive two months from now,” an FBI special agent wrote.*

      >*The complaint goes on to say Khan had arranged for a human smuggler to help him cross the border, and that he asked the undercover officers “to continue carrying out the attack if he were detained.”* »

    10. Oh he SAID he was gay. Oh well roll out the red carpet guys!

      SECURITY CHECK COMPLETE.

    11. Being a hotbed for terrorism doesn’t seem to bother Canadians but I bet people start getting upset when it’s no longer easy to travel to the US.

      Please close this ridiculous loop-hole.

In a huge sea of failures that is the Trudeau era of government, his complete incompetence in mismanaging the immigration file will go down as the biggest mess he is going to leave us with. Scary that he still has another year to fuck things up.
