[Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fossil_fuel_subsidies#Subsidies_by_country) has very little on Europe. I know that many countries have “fuel subsidies” for lower income people during winter to cover heating costs. What exactly are we talking about here?
