There are some military objects west from the airbase directly in the town: https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=51.366667&mlon=42.178333&zoom=14#map=14/51.36728/42.13558
like the uchebnaya aviatsionnaya baza, a training center for aviation.
For the hot spots you can have a look with a satellite imagery of your choice: https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?pagename=Borisoglebsk_air_base¶ms=51_22_0_N_42_10_42_E_type:airport
The hot spot east from the runway could be some fuel tanks, the first in the west
looks like ammunition storage.
However not everything that has been destroyed makes a bigger fire.
So fighter jets give only a small fire IMHO.
.
Further west there are also the objects Voronezh-45 and C(S)-387 of the 12th main directorate.
This is nuclear warheads.
Voronezh-45 also looks like some storage for the “passenger cars” used for the rail
transport of the warheads (51.41097, 41.94438).
